Team Leader - Inside Sales - EduTech (2-10 yrs)

- Exp : 2-4 years Experience in Team Handling profile (Inside sales)

- Salary: 30k CTC

Job Responsibilities :

1. The job requires leading the Sales team and ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations.

2. Own and hit/exceed monthly sales targets.

3. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

4. Monitoring and working on various sales performance metrics with focus on productivity improvement.

Qualifications :

1. Proven sales experience of leading Inside Sales teams

2. EDTECH/Telesales / Call Center background would be an added advantage.

3. Minimum 2+ years of sales management experience preferable in managing inside sales teams.

4. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

5 Excellent verbal and written communications skills

6. A good thinker and a great motivator with an eye for hiring good talent to build up a strong team.

Working Days : 6 days working including Saturday and Sunday
