Team Leader - Industrial Automation Sales - Automotive Segment (10-15 yrs)

Job Description

Our client is a leading MNC with primary business in the manufacture and sale of automation components, equipment and systems and medical equipment. It functions as a partner to help innovate worldwide manufacturing through expertise in sensing and control technology and also enable manufacturers to operate with greater productivity and streamlined efficiency. They believe and stand for making innovation happen. One of their division manufactures Machine & Motion Controllers, Integrated Controller-Amplifiers, Development / Communication / HMI Software, and CNC Systems.

As Team Leader- Auto you will be responsible to focus on analysing the Auto Industry trends and capturingthe market to foster sales in the specific time frame. To deliver long term business strategy with entire range oforganisation's products & its solutions in order to penetrate the Automotive market.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible to orchestrate effective marketing plans and achieve the sales targets in the assigned regionstipulated by the management.

2. Responsible to implement & monitor monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and strategies as per thebusiness sales forecast.

3. To manage individual and team targets assigned by the management

4. To foster & monitor the sales revenue generated by offering one step solutions.

5. Efficient key account management & channel management

6. Identify new customers and maintain the relationships with the existing customers in the assigned region.

7. Co-ordinate and build positive relationship with other department/s of Moron to deliver the best services as per the commitment given to customer, in-line with the customer expectations.

8. Responsible for team management

9. Responsible for performance monitoring and review of the team

10. To identify training needs of the team in-line with the business sales objectives.

11. Responsible to develop action plans to enhance the performance and productivity of the team.

12. Develop & Maintain Good relationship with Customers and Channel Partners

Desired Candidate Profile

- BE

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience of industrial automation sales in Automotive segment

- Core Functional Knowledge-PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Servos, Sensors, Safety

- Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for details.

- Ability to work under pressure, target oriented and dedicate extra hours if needed on assignments.
