Team Leader/Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-11 yrs)
Job Overview:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales executives and ensuring that the team achieves the company's sales targets and revenue goals. The Sales Manager is also responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the sales team and ensuring that they achieve their individual and team targets
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Conducting regular sales meetings with the team to review performance, identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and guidance
- Recruiting and training new sales team to ensure that the team is fully staffed and trained to meet business needs
- Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the competition
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree must complete
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
