Team Leader - Email & Chat Process - Contractual (5-6 yrs)
Team Leader (Team Leader (Email & Chat Process) (Three months contract)
- Manage productivity requirements and implement strategies to improve production
- Monitor daily production reports and proactively manage files as they approach SLA commitments
- Ensure client dictated SLA's are adhered to
- Assist in the clarification or resolution of issues as they arise between customers and operating personnel
- Should know about shrinkage and attrition.
- Decent Written & Verbal Communications Skills (B28 High - B29)
- Should have experience as Team Leader in Email & Chat process. ORM is Preferred
Education :
- Graduate with minimum 5+ years of on paper Team Leader experience in Email & Chat Process from International BPO
- Should have experience in Email & Chat process. ORM is Preferred
Shift timings : Any 9 hours shift between 7:00am to 2:00am
Salary Range : 40,000 to 50,000 (Net)
Weekly Off : 1 Rotational Off
Age : Upto 32 years
USP : Brand, Salary, Sunday fixed off, Designation
