Team Leader - Digital Marketing - BPO (2-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Manage internal / External Social Media channels across all platforms.
- Content Writing - Social Media & Blogs.
- Manage internal Email campaigns with MailChimp.
- Strategize marketing activities for employer branding across SMM, SEO, Email, and blog.
- Work with Senior management for monthly newsletters.
- Monitor competitors and suggest new ways of attracting talent and create awareness among potential clients.
- Generate leads on Social Media with Social selling strategies.
- Manage end to end Online presence.
- Keep up to date with emerging Social Media trends and propose alternative approaches to reach goals.
- Prepare monthly reports and prepare future forecasts.
- Experience must be in Lead Generation from social Media {Facebook}.
Salary : 8.5 LPA
