Team Leader - Customer Service Operation (3-10 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and maintain operational excellence which drives client satisfaction, revenue growth and client retention.
- Drive, coach, and track team performance to achieve consistent profit growth month and year to date
- Ensure clients are serviced correctly and professionally
- Ensure that all client account information is up to date so that a thorough knowledge and understanding of the account.
- Responding quickly and proactively to all client requests
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
Qualification and Skills Requirements :
- Proven work experience as team leader/supervisor.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Distinctive problem solving, strategic and analytics capabilities
- Driven/ Motivated about working in an entrepreneurial setup
Candidate Must Haves :
- People Management
- BPO background
- Excellent Communication : written and verbal
- Willing to work on rotational shifts (include off-days)
Nice To Haves:
Familiarity with Performance appraisal, TAT and Roster management
Interview Process: 4 rounds of Interview
1. HR Manager
2. Ops Manager
3. VP, Operations
4. Founder (if required)
-Shifts : General shift(9 hours), but the candidate should be available 24- 7(incase of escalations)
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days (If the candidate is really good, we can consider up to 30days)
