Team Leader - Customer Service - Broking Firm (1-2 yrs)
Team Leader (Customer Service Calls / Complaints )
- Candidate should be able to handle a team of 7-8 members
- Should have good team handling skill, and should be from broking background.
- Must be a target oriented leader, Achieve the productivity Target, maintain defined TAT in resolving queries, and should have good knowledge on quality attrition and shrinkage
- Must have good hands on Microsoft office tools, and experience from broking is must.
- Knowledge of share market
- Stock broking is must.
- Driving daily target of the team
- Driving the KRA for the team as well as themselves
- Should have Good communication and team handling skills.
