Job Responsibilities :
- Handle the team and drive the monthly targets
- Scheduling time to time meetings to check on the targets with the team
- Maintain Daily Agent Productivity Report
- To handle escalation and solve within the defined timelines if any
- Playing an instrumental role in achievement of team and overall campaign targets.
- Develop and maintain a positive working environment for team members development of the business plans
