- We are looking for a passionate & result-driven Team Leader to join our sales team. The ideal applicant will be responsible for guiding, monitoring & leading the entire sales group so that they can work together toward achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities :
- Handling sales lifecycle, guide, monitor & handle the team
- Developing & implementing a timeline to achieve targets
- Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance.
- Continue to develop knowledge of the products & services of the industry
Minimum Qualifications :
- You must meet these qualifications to apply for this job
- BTech/MTech (Electrical/Electronics) is a must
- Minimum : 5-9 years of experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Target achiever
- Ensuring a good balance between existing and new customers.
- Ensuring a healthy pipeline of prospects is maintained and conducting periodic review of the pipeline with the team.
