Team Lead - Telesales - BPO (3-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals and execute them seamlessly.
- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team month on month
- Participate in defining sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development.
- 1+ yrs of exp in tem handling
- Managed a team size of 5 - 10 sales agents
- Exhaustive experience of Telesales (B2C preferred)
- Preferably from edtech background.
- Strong analytical abilities & good interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
- Should have experience of working with a startup.
- Experience of working in contact center preferred.
