Team Lead/Senior Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Need to close leads and generate business through leads.
- Handling existing customers' portfolios and generating through.
- Assuring that the business targets are met month on month.
- Working on pre-fixed appointments.
- Works only on provided leads.
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors
- Strong Communications Skills
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Customer-oriented
