Team Lead - Search Engine Optimization (6-8 yrs)
Mandatory :
- Must be a B.E or B.Tech (worse cases at least a B.Sc IT)
- Proven SEO experience
- Must have hand-on experience in onpage & offpage (including paid backlinking)
- Must have hands-on experience on YouTube SEO along with setting up and managing GMB - Google My Business
- Strong Knowledge of SEO Tools (Keyword tools, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, AHREFs etc).
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
- Good command over written and spoken English language.
- Well organized, dependable, efficient and detail oriented
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop website optimization strategies that increase the content search engine results rankings
- Research SEO keywords with the help of tools like Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Trends
- Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
- Closely monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
- Should be excellent with competitor analysis and audience understanding
- Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
