Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Managing the Sales team of the Area.
- Accountable for Sales Planning (Target Distribution, Budgeting, Route Mapping etc.).
- Ensuring Distributor Management for the Allocated Area.
- Leading Marketing Activities for your team with support from the Marketing Department.
- Ensuring the Continuous development of your Sales Force.
- Monitoring the Feed Performance in the market and comparing with Competitor performance.
- Collecting and reporting Market Information to the Technical Team.
- Being the Ambassador of Godrej Brand to the Stakeholders in the Market.
- We are looking forward to an Energetic and Talented person with adequate experience in the Aqua Feed Business.
- The person must be a Leader and have the ability to positively influence the stakeholders in the Business.
