Team Lead - Sales - Retail Transactions - Real Estate (10-12 yrs)

Objective of the role :


- The responsibility of this role is Identifying and fostering new and current client relationships with developers and retailers. The focus is particularly on leasing and closing retail transactions.

The job responsibilities include :


- Actively participate in business development and leasing transaction initiatives for retail and food- and-beverage establishments in both malls and high streets.


- Focus on new business development, networking, industry seminars, and utilising the already-existing connections made by other business units with Retailers, Brands, and Mall Developers are all necessary ways to carry out these activities.

- Key responsibility of this role is collection from the clients and ensuring all financial transactions are completed.

- Capitalise on the database of Mapping and stacking of properties from designated retail micro- market sites that customers have requested.

- Oversee the leasing/acquisition process from start to finish, including supply/demand analysis, financial modelling, best-use analysis, target identification, transaction structuring and negotiation, and coordination of the legal and commercial due diligence.

- Determine the needs of the client, begin, and maintain client interactions, offer feedback on recent transactions in the micromarket, rental inputs, sales performance, do site inspections, negotiate, take part in legal discussions, and close. Make sure to offer clients acceptable options while ensuring thorough market coverage.

- Provide ANAROCK retail advisory services to specific landowners and developers for brand-new retail developments and shop expansions.

- In charge of ensuring complete interaction with clients through meetings, calls, site visits, presentations, follow-up, and the accurate and prompt submission of proposals.

- In charge of achieving annual goals for the team and everyone.

- Ongoing mentoring and direction of the team.

- Travel to remote locations/cities for business purposes will be required. There may occasionally be a lot of business travel
