Team Lead - Sales - Real Estate (2-6 yrs)
- Connect with the Hot Leads given by the company and network with Registered & New Clients.
- Manage Client Query on the phone & Convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their real estate needs.
- Provide the best possible solution for customers
- Arrange a site visit for the customer as soon as possible and accompany the customer during the visit.
- Provide personalised service to the customers during the negotiation and close the deal
- Work closely with the internal CRM team to ensure hassle-free after-sales service
- To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan
- Keep a close watch on real estate market trends & Reports
- To prepare a status report on the deals which are under various stages of progress/negotiation using CRM/ERP.
- Relevant work experience : 2+ years in the Real Estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
- Have a proven track record and demonstrated success in selling properties.
- Ability to identify opportunities, good at negotiating & closing deals, & outstanding presentation skills.
- Multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to contribute individually and understand complex topics.
- An ambitious individual who can work in their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
