Job Description :
The Person Should have experience in Corporate Sales & Team Handling.
Person Will be Responsible for handling a team of 5-7 Accont Managers.
Growth Path : Account Manager - Sr. Account Manager - Group Manager- Sales Head - Station Head.
Job Responsibilities :
- Preparing deliverables for clients.
- Handling a team of 2-3 Account Managers. Looking after the team's clients as well.
- Managing agency relationships:
1. Identifying agencies.
2. Maintaining healthy client relationship.
- Interacting with clients:
1. Creating briefs according to clients needs.
2. Pitching of properties.
3. Ensuring timely delivery of briefs.
- Coordinating and integrating with the Programming and the Creative team.
- Make proposals, agreements.
