Eligibility :
A. You should have a similar experience of managing of minimum 10 members and above.
B. Your communication skills in English and Tamil with a pleasing voice is a must.
C. An experience of more than 3 years is mandatory.
D. Graduate or PG diploma in sales added advantage

A. You should have the skills to analyze customers and their intentions.
B. You should be a team player with ability discern strengths and skills of your team.
C. You will be target driven, essentially an extrovert with desire to create benchmarks and excel.
D. As a team leader you should motivate and set an example as a performer
E. Your demeanor and your presentation cannot be casual but professional to set a standard that others should follow.
F. It will be your acumen to create an environment of competitiveness and healthy relationship to achieve target.
G. You will adhere to the HR policies and KRA assigned as above.
