Requirements:
- Provide team with a vision and objectives and manage key performance indicators.
- Motivate the Team to Drive sales.
- Enhancing the productivity of the agents
- Refresher Training to the team on a regular basis
- Ensuring that the agents adhere to the process
- Set the monthly, weekly, daily Targets for the team and ensure that the targets are achieved.
- Maintain the sales report of the Team.
- The candidates should have at least 3 years of TLs experience on papers and should be into sales.
- Graduation is a must.
