Position: Sales Team Lead
Location: Basavanagudi, Bangalore (WFO)
Experience: 2+ years as a Sales Team Lead
Qualification: Any Graduate
Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory (Multilanguage will be added advantage)
Salary: Upto 12 LPA
Shift: Day Shift

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage & Handle a team of 20-30 Career Counselors and ATL's.
- Monitor & train the team on industry best practices.
- Provide continuous business development opportunities and achieve and/or exceed monthly sales targets for the team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and meet revenue goals.
- Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales.
Skills:
- Effective team player, self-motivated & presentation skills.
- Competent with CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Strong aptitude for planning and time management.
- Ability to Negotiate and provide guidance.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, Critical thinking.
