Job Description:

- Provide team with a vision and objectives and manage key performance indicators

- Perform day to day administrative tasks such as customer communication, working with other support groups etc.

- Conduct one on one meetings and share timely feedback with team members.

- Conduct performance appraisals for the team and drive regular performance management.

- Motivate, inspire, coach and help team members in their self-development.

- Should be able to discuss and drive changes in the process

- Motivate the Team to Drive sales

- Enhancing the productivity of the agents

- Refresher Training to the team on a regular basis

- Ensuring that the agents adhere to the process

- Managing the roaster, Shrinkage and Attrition

- Set the monthly, weekly, daily Targets for the team and ensure that the targets are achieved

- Maintain the sales report of the Team

Requirement :

- Minimum 2yrs of exp on papers - TL

- Experience in to inbound, customer service, email process & chat process

- Minimum team handling exp - Team Size: 15-20

- Male Candidate is preferred

- Should be comfortable working in shift: Any 9 hours starting from 9 AM to 12 Noon.

- Graduation is mandatory ( Science background is preferred)

- Age Criteria : 35 years Max

- Compensation: 4- 6 Lakhs/Annum
