The Job
- As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing training, help and second voice to the sales advisors to help them achieve aggressive sales targets. Your work includes:
- Collaborating with the Training Manager to ensure the success of trainees.
- Developing sales targets for each of the team member and explaining them the same with deadlines.
- Setting goals and measuring the performance of each team member.
- Measuring daily, weekly, monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to match the - organization's expectations.
- Conducting daily team hurdles to brief the team on the team and individual targets.
- Motivating team members to meet and exceed targets.
The Profile :
- You have at least 3 years experience within a Sales Operations role.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
- You can manage multiple stakeholders.
