Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead - Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in inside sales, with a background in the BFSI, Banking, or Insurance industries. As a Team Lead, you will oversee a team of sales representatives, drive sales performance, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets. This role is remote, with the base location in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership :
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in BFSI, Banking, or Insurance sectors.
Performance Management :
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and ensure the team delivers high-quality customer service.
Sales Reporting :
- Prepare regular sales reports, track team performance, and communicate results to senior management.
Collaboration :
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to optimize sales processes and customer experience.
Training and Development :
- Identify training needs and organize skill-building sessions for the sales team.
Compliance :
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Skills and Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience : At least 4 years of experience in inside sales, with a preference for BFSI, Banking, or Insurance industry experience.
Sales Skills : Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Leadership Skills : Excellent team management and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a remote work environment.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with the sales team and customers.
Customer-Centric : A focus on providing excellent customer service and building lasting customer relationships.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
