Team Lead - Sales - Automation/Medical Equipment (7-12 yrs)
Job Description :
Our client is a leading MNC with primary business in the manufacture and sale of automation components, equipment and systems and medical equipment. It functions as a partner to help innovate worldwide manufacturing through expertise in sensing and control technology and also enable manufacturers to operate with greater productivity and streamlined efficiency. They believe and stand for making innovation happen. One of their division manufactures Machine & Motion Controllers, Integrated Controller-Amplifiers, Development / Communication / HMI Software, and CNC Systems.
Some key competencies and qualifications that we are looking at :
- Has experience in leading a team
- Experience in the Automotive industry (End Users and Auto OEMs)
- Create a plan and implement strategy for the Automotive team
- B.E with two years full time MBA in Sales & Marketing is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant work experience of about 8-10 years
- Incumbent will be responsible for sales in NCR, Rajasthan
