Team Lead - Sales - Aquafeed/Shrimp Feed (7-9 yrs)
Skill Set :
- Sales in the aqua feed industry is a must have
- Client acquisition in the industry
- Technical sales and Solutions specialist in the aquafeed industry
Educational Qualification - Graduation In Fisheries Is Preferred (Graduate Is A Must Have) - BFSC/MFSC/ MSC - Microbiology /Marine Biotech/Aquaculture
Candidate must have met at least 85% of target in previous jobs
Job Description :
- Management of the aqua feed sales business in the allocated territory
- Client acquisition and relationship management
- Brand custodian
- In depth knowledge in aqua feed market
- Manage a team of senior sales officers and report to the Business Manager
- Adding Dealers And Distributor network, Building Rapport With Farmers
- Promoting better management practices to improve aquaculture Productivity and profits and improve Life standards of farmers
- Experience in shrimp/Fish Feed and Chemicals
- Individual Contributor Role
- P&L accountability of self and team
- Maximum salary is not negotiable further
- Additional -sales incentives, performance bonus (7 - 8% of CTC)
