Team Lead - Sales (1-3 yrs)

Team Lead - Sales (TL)


Primary roles & responsibilities include :


- Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle


- Responsible for supervision of overall sales activities


- Should be capable to initiate sales from pre-launch stage


- Achieve sales target and manage collections from customers


- Develop, manage and mentor front-line sales team


- Arrange presentations and meetings for closing bulk deals with corporate clients


- Coordinate with Customer Service for documentation and handover


Basic requirements include :


- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience


- Prior experience in high ticket value sales, ex. real estate, holiday package, premium club membership, insurance product etc.


- Good leadership and team management skills


- Knowledge of sales planning, execution and competitive analysis


- Comfortable with working in VUCA environment


- Minimum qualification: Graduate (completed) with minimum 80% marks in academics


or any district/state/national level achievement in extra-curricular activity


Fixed Salary: INR 3,00,000 to INR 4,20,000
