Team Lead - Presales - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)

Requisite : 2-3 Year minimum as a team leader in marketing of BFSI/Banking/Insurance/Loan products. Additional understanding/experience of Real Estate business will be preferred.

- Ability to manage and train a team of 10+ callers.

- Comfortable with 360o engagement with the prospect across whatsapp, calls and video conferencing where required.

- Fluency in English and any other language: Hindi / Marathi

Expectations :

- The profile is for a team lead who has the aptitude for managing CRM based calling and lead-management for a fast-moving Real Estate and Financial Advisory business.

- He/she must be driven, committed, detail oriented and be hands-on from planning to implementation.

- Ability to drive calling-operations and achieve KPIs of lead-engagement and driving site-visits, data-churn for a mid-sized organisation.

- Data proficiency, process-orientation and ability to send timely insights upline / other work-groups will be an expectation from the role.

Job Description :

- Leading a 10-20 member pre-sales calling team

- Training of new joinees on the brand, business and presales processes

- Getting knowledge of all projects which the company is marketing

- Assigning targets to the team-members and planning a performance based structure for team members who achieve their numbers

- Following up with potential prospects of tele callers on daily basis

- Reviewing calling-data and lead-status on a daily basis and prioritizing calling as per plans and business priorities

- Handling all enquiries from digital, direct and lead-generation campaigns

- Coordination with digital managers (ad-specialists), and CRM managers to share insights and problems in a timely and regular manner

- Feedback call with prospects post site-visits

- Coordination with sales managers for site visits and follow-up.

- Motivating and enabling tele-calling team-members towards achieving their targets.

- Sending daily MIS to the Senior Management as per defined processes and formats.

- Ensuring timely computation and approvals of team-incentives and sharing reports on the team's performance with the CMO and org-leaders
