Pre - Sales Team leader Job Description :

- We are looking for an experienced presales/Presales Team Leader to head up our growing presales team.

- As a presales TL, you will be responsible for setting weekly and monthly sales targets, training new presales staff, designing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team, and handling escalated customer complaints.

- To ensure success as a presales TL, you should have experience with presales, advanced managerial skills, and the ability to multitask. A top-notch presales manager provides strong guidance and assistance to the presales team, ultimately boosting company sales.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Meeting with sales managers to discuss presales strategies.

- Training junior presales staff.

- Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets.

- Implementing sales strategies.

- Managing the presales team and assisting junior staff.

- Monitoring the performance of the sales team.

- Setting weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Maintaining customer relationships.

- Handling escalated customer complaints.

- Compiling and presenting sales reports.

Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in any field

- Previous experience working as a presales/telesales Team Lead.

- Experience in presales preferred.

- Strong managerial and sales skills.

- Ability to multitask.

- Ability to write and present reports.

- Strong organizational skills.

- Effective Communication, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills.

- English and Kannada is Mandatory (Malayalam/Telugu/Tamil) will be an added advantage.
