Team Lead - Outbound Sales - SAAS (1-6 yrs)
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader - Sales with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the SaaS industry, to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in team management, extensive experience in field sales within the Delhi NCR region, and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue generation. Must have done field sales in Delhi NCR Prior experience in revenue generation is mandator and Ready to work from office- Nehru Place (New Delhi)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate sales processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
Requirements:
Team Management Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in team management.
Sales Experience : 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
Field Sales in Delhi NCR : Must have a comprehensive understanding of the Delhi NCR market and extensive experience in field sales within the region.
Revenue Generation : Prior experience in revenue generation is mandatory, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Office Location : Ready to work from our office located in Nehru Place, New Delhi.
- Prior experience in SaaS sales is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
