Job Title : Team Leader - Healthcare Research
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Leading and project managing primary and secondary research projects
- Collate and draft the secondary research on data points like market size, key trends, drivers and other aspects of the respective project.
- Design questionnaires, distilling data and interpret results with cross-referring secondary sources
- Responsible for continuous process improvement in developing content for various primary/business research -deliverables across indications/therapy areas
- Manage multiple Quant/Qual projects under tight timelines interfacing with global clientele and prioritize requests based on the criticality and business need as agreed with the stakeholders
- Mentoring other team members
Required Skills :
- Excellent domain knowledge - Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Biopharma
- Primary/Secondary Research
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication in English (written and verbal) and interpersonal relations skills
