Team Lead/Manager - Sales - Education (3-6 yrs)

We are urgently hiring for the Sales profile - Team Lead/Manager.

Cities targeted - Bangalore, Chennai, NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida), Nagpur, Pune, Kolkata, Kota (Rajasthan), Lucknow, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Madurai, Salem, Vijayawada, Vishakapatnam.

Team Leads - 2 for each city

- At least 1-2 years experience handling a field sales team and working in education sector.

- Strong People Management skills

- Result oriented and data driven

- Deep network to generate leads for the team continuously

- Ability to set up team from scratch

Overall Experience: 3 - 6 years

Functional Area: Sales/ Business Development

Salary Range: 7-8 lakhs+ incentives. Can go upto 12 lakhs depending on experience and ability of the individual.

6 days working. 1 week off

Office time: 12 - 9 PM Weekdays, Weekends - 10-7 PM. Candidate must be flexible to align to customer availability timings.

Eligibility : Any graduates and Post graduates

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Regional language is must.

- Should be bold to handle miss-managed situations and immediate problem solver.

- Manage the team effectively and achieve targets

- Strong network of Schools/Colleges and other channel partners for lead generation.

- Ability to start rolling from Day 1.

- Should be able to identify challenges of associates and guide the team for better conversions

- Must be self-driven and result oriented.
