Role : Team Leader- Lead Generation

This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned Team Leader- Lead Generation to build a sales organization from the ground up.

- You know how to cold call and can teach others.

- You are responsible for the Training/mentoring/coaching of new recruits as well as existing team members

- You are responsible for motivating team members in order to enhance Sales and revenue for the organisation

- You have a solid track record of delivering. You have led by example

- You are innovative and are always thinking - out of the box- .

- You know how to roll up your sleeves and handle multiple tasks at one time.

- You know that before you can close a customer you have to understand their business and what their - pain points- are

- You understand the importance of reports and analyzing data. You are also adding value by continuous feedback & improvement

- You will play a key part in the teams Appraisal process and recommendations

- Finally, you are fun to work with and enjoy working in an environment that is rapidly growing.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience with minimum 1 year as a Team Leader in a top performing Lead Generation group selling to businesses from the SMB markets to Enterprise customers in the U.S

- Outstanding analytical, organizational and reporting skills

- Strong presentation and closing skills

- Proven track record in leading teams which have met or exceeded sales quotas

- Proven ability to handle sales personalities in a professional and effective way

- Strong leadership skills that allow you to lead by example

- Extensive experience in managing numerous campaigns at one time.
