Hands on experience in driving metrics CSAT & AHT (Average Handling Time) in Chat & Email
Good to have knowledge on Google Play Devices like Chrome Device, Chrome Notebook, Nexus
Should have dealt with Shrinkage, forecasting of work force within the team.
Should have experience in handling international Support
Should have managed BQ (Bottom Quartiles).
Team lead Exp on -2 yrs Papers mandatory
Exp from international BPO+ Customer Handled exp Mandatory
Handled at least 2 Performance appraisals of team
Exp : 4 to 8 yrs
Salary : Up to 7.5 LPA + variables
5 days Working
