Team Lead - Inside Sales - Education (4-7 yrs)

Position : Team Lead- Inside Sales

Job Location: Mumbai, Work from Office

Postion Overview:

Inside Sales Team Lead, who reports and directly works with the VP Operations, manages the team of 10 in Mumbai location and would drive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations & reporting. The Individual would be expected to design exclusive sales strategies to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting revenue and forging strong relationships with the partners inline with organization's core values and ethics.

This position grows into Sr. Team Lead level as individual demonstrate caliber and adds value to business and associated stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities :

New Customer Acquisition :

- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels.

- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals.

- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.

- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers.

- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.

- Set individual sales targets with sales team

- Audit sales calls and suggest improvements, increase sales conversion rate

- Evaluate performance of sales champs

- Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team

- Plan and direct sales team training

- Investigate lost sales and customer accounts

- Achieve targeted revenue given each month

- Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that sales goals are synchronized with organizational goals

Customer Relationship Management :

- Strategize newer ways to grow current customers.

- Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the

product portfolio improvement based on the customer interaction / feedback.

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

- New Account Development

Operating and Reporting :

- Prepare and analyze sales, revenue reports and dashboards.

- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.

- Developing and tracking metrics to measure ROI from partnerships

Secondary Responsibilities :

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Support business team to improve performance, control and maintenance of their leads

- Helping team members with creative solutions to on-field business development challenges

- Understanding company vision and strategy

- Keep up breast with the subject matter understanding in regards our products and services.

Education and Experience :

- Selection based on expertise and depth of domain in Insurance/ Healthcare/ Banking and Edtech sector. Strong inclination towards sales and prior experience of 4 to 7 years in B2C sales would be highly preferable and catering to target centric hyper- growth organization is relevant. Post Graduation with business acumen will be highly preferable.
