Team Lead - Customer Support - EduTech (4-5 yrs)
Position : Customer Support Team Lead
Location : JP Nagar, Bangalore
Experience : 4+ years
Qualification : Any Graduate
Languages : English & Kannada Mandatory
Salary : Upto 7 LPA
Shift : Day Shift
Interview : Walk-in
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
Skills :
- You should have at least 4 years experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Ed Tech industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- Prior experience in software's such as Lead Square (or any similar CRM) , Ameyo, Zoho.
Required Qualifications :
- Undergraduate in commerce/science/management, counseling, or related student service area.
- Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills and Presentation Skills
- English & Kannada Mandatory(Malayalam/Telugu/Tamil) will be an added advantage.
