Team Lead - Customer Support (5-7 yrs)
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead, Customer Success.
Preferred Functional Knowledge:
- Team management.
- Retention and engagement
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Customer Engagement and Product Adoption
- Reporting and good knowledge in Excel.
Key Responsibility:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to
- the customer success team.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review goals, performance, and customer feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues.
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Product Development, support etc) to align
- customer success strategies with overall business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and feedback.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
- Retention and case management.
Qualification and Experience:
- Any Bachelor's degree
- Hindi & English (Must)
- Proven experience in a customer success or similar role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical skills to interpret customer data and metrics.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
- Experience with customer success software and tools is a plus.
