Team Lead - Customer Success (5-10 yrs)

- Candidate should have his own laptop or System at home to do work from home

- Phone and simcard will be provided by organization.

- Job profile will be Work from home only.

- Interview process will be done by organization HR Spoc and through online/telephonic process.

Job Description :

- The Customer Support Team Lead will proactively manage a team, ensure maximised productivity, handle high-quality post-sales support and customer service while aligning with the company's identity and vision.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead, guide and oversee a team to ensure seamless work efficiency

2. Effectively communicate all products and its benefits to customer enquiries

3. Work with internal cross-functional teams (product, marketing, SCM, Finance etc.) to ensure customers- issues are addressed effectively

4. Derive data-driven insights/intelligence to run focused and result-oriented customer engagement

5. Ensure the team's KPIs are met regularly

6. Use customer engagement tools (Training will be provided to get familiar)

7. Monitor performance of individual team members and increase productivity

8. Provide regular coaching and feedback to the team members

9. Recognise and encourage good performances

10. Handle internal team conflicts and escalations

11. Create and manage daily tasks for every member and generate daily reports

12. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise

Requirements:

1. Good leadership and people management skills

2. Problem-solving, analytical thinking with attention to detail

3. Graduate/Post graduate with English as the Primary Language. Knowing Hindi is an advantage.

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills

5. A go-getter who can own ongoing customer success programs

6. Ability to report and share status on a timely/pre-defined interval

7. Flair to communicate with customers proactively
