Team Lead - Customer Service - BPO (0-2 yrs)

The Job : 

Your Responsibilities will include :

- Monitoring call quality to ensure that customers are receiving high-quality service

- Developing employee skills by providing training opportunities, encouraging teamwork, and fostering a positive working environment

- Enforcing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal regulations

- Conducting performance reviews to measure team member performance and provide feedback

- Managing a team of customer service representatives who are answering questions or resolving issues for customers

- Conducting meetings with management to discuss departmental goals, objectives, and challenges

- Maintaining contact with clients to schedule appointments, answer questions, and provide updates on progress

- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all aspects of customer service are being met

- Implementing new technology to improve efficiency and productivity of the call center

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required :

- Minimum 2 Year Experience as Team lead

- Excellent Communication Skill

- Fluent in English, Malayalam, (Hindi-Additional Preference) in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.

- Should be Proactive

- Interpersonal Skill

- The capability of working as a Team Lead

- Training Staff

- Make Developing Plans

- Team Management Activity

- Ability to Interact with International Clients
