Job Title : Business Research Team Lead
Experience : 4+ years
Salary budget : up to 9 LPA (including variable)
Location : Gurgaon Sector-18
Working Days : Monday To Friday
Shift Timings : Rotational Shift Depends on projects
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Handling IDI (in-depth interviews), Qualitative, and/or Quantitative and BR projects with top quality
2. Training and mentoring team for interviews, recruitment, IDIs/ qualitative interviews and guiding/mentoring team about best practices of primary research
3. Finding relevant information from web reports and articles and guiding/mentoring team about best practices of secondary research
4. Proficient in managing quantitative / qualitative / in-depth interviews with target respondents ranging from Senior Decision Makers to C-Level
5. Share daily updates on the daily progress with the manager and other internal stakeholders
Skills Required (Technical / Non-Technical):
1. Excellent written and verbal communication
2. Client engagement via phone, email, meetings, regular prompt updates
3. People management (mentoring and skill development of team members)
4. Project management (end to end, starting from kick-off to final delivery)
5. Analytical skills (not mandatory, but good to have)
6. Good understanding of business research, market research and competitive intelligence projects
7. Should be comfortable to work from office and in rotational shift timings
