Job Title : Business Development Specialist - Technical Sales

Shift : 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM IST

Job Overview :

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist with a strong focus on technical sales to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our technical products or services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in technical sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and Target Prospective Clients :

- Research and identify potential clients in target industries or markets.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business needs and challenges.

Sales Strategy Development :

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create a strategic sales plan.

- Determine the most effective sales methods and channels for technical products/services.

Customer Engagement :

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Create new client relationships by establishing trust and understanding their technical requirements.

Technical Product Knowledge :

- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's technical products or services.

- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of these technical solutions to clients.

Sales Presentations :

- Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.

- Address technical questions and objections while highlighting the value proposition.

Negotiation and Closing :

- Lead negotiation efforts to secure contracts and close deals.

- Ensure contracts meet both client requirements and company standards.

Sales Metrics :

- Track and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline progress, conversion rates, and revenue targets.

- Continuously analyze performance to refine the sales strategy.

Market Research :

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

- Use market insights to adapt and improve sales strategies.

Sales Collateral :

- Develop and maintain sales collateral, such as product documentation, technical specifications, and case studies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, engineering, etc.).

- Proven experience in technical sales, ideally in [specify the industry].
