We are looking for an aggressive yet a passionate Team Leaders for our Sales Team who has the knack of selling technology products!

Purpose of the role -

Works to improve edWisor's market position and achieve financial growth, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities:

- Your primary responsibility will be to manage a set set of at least 4-5 young BD Execs.

- The work involves sales on call both inbound and outbound and managing team at least 5 executives.

- Handling customer inquiries through inbound calls from various acquisition channels

- Ensuring the BDEs meet their daily target

- Signing up new customers by making outbound calls to people who have expressed interest in our services or potential customers.

- Maintaining leads data and sales records in the CRM.

- Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline and acquisition results on a weekly/monthly-basis.

- Master company's services and offerings to facilitate sales efforts.

- Owning the relationship with leads and operating under minimal supervision.

- Execute strategy and process implemented by the manager and monitoring subordinates in implementing the same.

- Be ready to do anything and everything to help the sales team succeed

- Lead list creation and willing to make at least 40-60 calls per day.

Required Skills & experience -

- Overall 3+ years of experience in Sales.

- Ready to work in a high pressure environment with tight targets.

- At least 1 year of experience in managing team.

- Must have excellent communication and convincing skills. Ability to articulate a given situation that is understandable by the audience

- Skills of counselling, mentoring and consultative selling

- Ability and willingness to engage with prospects over calls and mails

- Ability to use feedback in a positive way with personal accountability

Salary Offered : 6 - 8 LPA
