Our company is looking to hire a high-performing Sales Manager who would support us to meet our revenue growth targets and customer acquisition by keeping our company's approach fresh and innovative.

You would be in charge of increasing our sales team potential, developing sales plans, and explaining those plans, methods, and strategies to the upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members

- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment

- Answering all the questions of the clients related to the product and/or services.

- Maintaining a strong relationship with current and prospective clients.

- Maintaining a positive working environment.

- Research and develop new sales opportunities or new markets

- Lead insurance agents and track performance.

Qualifications for Sales Manager:

- One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred

- Proven organizational and planning ability

- Knowledge and experience using effective sales strategies.

- Good sales and people skills
