1. Understanding the products and services of the company and articulating available resources to prospective market channels and identifying the overall operating model of the organization.

2. Responsible for overall marketing strategy, planning, and execution including digital marketing, SEO, SMM, etc

3. Responsible for securing 1000 qualified leads per month, 5 school/college meetings, and assisting in revenue generation of INR 20,00,000 per month in team target above which incentives will apply. Individual revenue will not apply for the first 3 months.

4. Build online marketing/visibility strategy with influencers, websites like Collegedunia, Shiksha, blogging sites like medium, Quora, Instagram, FB etc

5. Build brand awareness among target audiences for Undergraduate, Graduate, and Professional Programs

6. Lead overall admissions marketing and outreach networking process for TNI Career Counselling

7. Organizing Online and Offline career counseling workshops and fairs for Students and Parents

8. Assist in Contacting school counselors, placement cells, international networks, and coaching classes for business development activity

9. Conducting and executing Marketing Activities in - terms of Area Mapping, Branding, Schools Colleges Presentations, and other institutions like coaching classes

10. Make presentations and conduct webinars as required to get leads and follow up with them

11. Create an events strategy and calendar of events to drive student/Institution engagement on the ground and virtually

12. Coordinate in generating individual, institutional, and corporate leads by pitching the company's products and services through presentations, activities, and referrals, and following up with them.

13. Communicate company services via Calling and E-mail and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs

14. Manage and support marketing plans for intended services carried out by the organization.

15. Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information. 16. Work with other software to maintain information and communicate effectively. Provide daily reports to the supervisor on your tasks.
