TC Global - Researcher - Global/Overseas Education/Study Abroad - USA/Canada/Europe Region (3-6 yrs)
- Understand the requirements of students and conduct through research about the courses/universities best suited to them
- Maintain and update the knowledge base of courses & universities (intake data, eligibility, fees etc)
- Work closely with service-centric teams and provide support towards shortlisting a range of universities based upon student profile
- Effectively communicate with various stakeholders across the organisation and adhere to the timelines
- Work with the Relationship Managers to deliver best fitted results
- Work collaboratively with team members and deliver exceptional student experience
- Manage a team and help them prioritize tasks to adhere to the timelines assigned for the multiple projects running concurrently
- Conduct regular quality checks for the team's work to ensure that appropriate quality standards are met in the the output
- Identify and share best practices that could be incorporated into the system
- Pro-actively informs stakeholders/management on training opportunities
