Job Description
- Monitoring and augmenting the Artificial Insemination services provided by the company in rural areas of India.
- Set up a team of Rural Development Officers (RDOs) and Artificial Insemination Technicians (AITs) so as to provide Artificial Insemination (AI) services to the farmers in the rural areas of India. Liaison with the milk processing companies to provide them AI services.
- Identify new opportunities for expansion of AI services in new geographical area. Help spread the services in existing operational area by having tie ups with new milk processors. Hold awareness camps along with associated milk processing companies, RDOs and AITs to create awareness of AI services provided by the company.
- Create awareness in his area of operations about the upcoming services of the company, which will be in the form of sexed semen AI, Embryo Transfer and extension into Animal Nutrition and allied activities as may be planned by the company from time to time.
Education Qualification and Skills :
- Graduation / PG in any field, with a strong bent of mind for data analytics.
- Preference will be given to Veterinary Science and Dairy Science Graduates.
- The candidate should be good at preparing presentations and have leadership skills to lead a team of more than 5 RDOs and 100 AITs.
- He should have good communication skills in English, Telugu, Kannada and Tamil to represent the company at various forums.
- 5-10 years of experience in rural development and sales. It can be in milk procurement, animal pharma sales, seed sales, fertilizer and pesticide sales. The candidate should have led a team of at least 10 people earlier.
