Tazapay - Sales Operations Analyst (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with sales leaders on account management of existing customers
- Assist in lead generation, onboarding and activation
- Work with customers both based in India and overseas markets
- Take ownership and execute all client/sale needs to ensure client/sales team satisfaction
- Ability to work with cross - functional teams and maintain good communication with them
- Managing CRM cleanliness, accuracy, and improving overall utilization by the sales team
Requirements :
- Min bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2+ year experience in ops, account management or similar roles.
- Good knowledge of sales tools (Hubspot, Google, MS etc)
- Good communication, eager to learn and ability to take initiatives and ownership
- Language requirement- English and Hindi must have
