The Marketing Manager, Libraries & Institutions (Maternity Cover) will work closely with the sales team to build revenue and market growth in South Asia. This role takes tailored approach to engage with all customers (consortia, agents, companies & associations, libraries & academics) so they feel their institutions are at the heart of all that we do. The MM will consciously partner with and strive to be an active part of the library and information science community, engaging in developments that matter to them and building relationships to proactively ensure a positive vendor and customer interaction. One of their core work objectives will be to quantify and report on team contribution to business revenue through marketing Lead generation program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Launching our digital solutions to new market segments - Medical, Corporate etc. driving business growth.

- Delivery of leads and working with Sales team in close alignment to progress opportunities through the SFDC pipeline to achieve positive business revenue.

- Lead generation delivery in line with company revenue targets (both prospective and current customers).

- Using data through various to identify prospects for T&F and to qualify these as lead opportunities for our Sales team through activities such as data analysis, customer visits; email campaigns; tele-marketing etc. and working collaboratively across departments to see these marked as - closed won.

- Understand the Library & Information Science community landscape and pro-actively put strategies in place to engage with influential figures in the library community with an over-arching aim of revenue growth.

- After-sales strategy for retaining, upselling and creating demand utilizing appropriate marketing tactics.

- Creating a positive vendor and customer interaction; working to create an environment in which the library feels valued.

- Know our customer's objectives for why they want to partner with us and respond appropriately through our market growth and engagement strategy.

- Utilize technology to ensure every target opportunity is progressed through marketing activity.

- Launch and delivery of customer & community engagement events/ opportunities (e.g. networking events, webinars) that generate positive ROI, such as Roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, webinars & presentations. Also to build relationships and engagement with library customers with the aim of revenue generation at institutional and regional level.

- Launching an after-sales strategy as a team that allows engagement with a library after a purchase and to further look at lead opportunities at account level as a result.
