- We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Writer to join our dynamic team and lead our content creation efforts.

- As a Senior Content Writer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and compelling content while also overseeing a team of talented content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and other creative professionals.

Writing, Editing, and Proofreading : Produce high-quality, original, and error-free content across various channels, including blogs, articles, website copy, social media posts, emails, and more.

- Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of content creators and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their full potential.

- Cross-platform Content Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that spans multiple platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity throughout.

- Idea Generation : Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and generate fresh, creative ideas that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.

- Editorial and Technical Support : Offer expert guidance and support in terms of content development, creative direction, and technical aspects to enhance the quality and impact of content.

- Content Management : Oversee content distribution across various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and other marketing channels. Ensure timely and consistent content delivery.

- Social Media Ideation and Strategy : Develop innovative and effective social media posts and calendars that align with the overall content strategy and brand voice.

- External Agency Coordination : Collaborate with external agencies for blog creation and other content-related projects, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.

- Blog Calendar Management : Maintain and manage the blog calendar, ensuring a steady flow of relevant and engaging content.

- Cross-departmental Collaboration : Liaise with the marketing team and other departments/teams to understand content requirements, align with organizational goals, and deliver content that meets business objectives.

Objective : To create strategies, and engaging content for various channels, including social media, marketing mailers, blogs, and other content-related tasks, while driving brand awareness and audience engagement to achieve marketing objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Social Media

- Ideating and Visualizing with the team

- Creative copies for the posts

- Post Copies and Hashtags (Not Frequently)

- Researching and gathering data to develop well-informed strategic plans for our social media handles.

- Coordinating with the designers and Writers to approve the creatives

- Collaborating and coordinating with the vertical heads regarding content and creative requirements.

- Marketing Content

- Mailers and WhatsApp messages

- Brochures, Newsletters, Webinar Content

- Understanding and Managing Content Strategies and Executing Marketing Campaigns

- Coordinating with the Marketing Team

- Blogs

- Ideating SEO Blog topics

- Understanding Competitor Blogs and Strategising effective ways to tap into SEO strategies.

- Coordinating and allotting blogs to Freelancers and External agencies

- Blog Review and Coordinating with the counselling team to get the blogs reviewed from them and facts checked

- Review Published Content

- Miscellaneous Content

- Content Delivery requirements that can be PR articles, documents, and other relevant write-ups.

Overall Responsibilities :

Content Creation and Curation :

- Develop high-quality, creative, and audience-centric content for social media platforms, marketing mailers, WhatsApps, blogs, and other relevant channels.

- Write engaging and persuasive copy that aligns with the brand voice and tone.

- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor analysis to produce relevant and compelling content.

- Ensure content is optimized for the specific channel and target audience (e.g., character limits, hashtags, keywords).

Content Strategy and Planning :

- Generate content ideas and themes that align with the objectives, target audience interests, and industry trends

- Stay updated with emerging content formats, social media trends, and best practices to drive innovation and engagement.

Content Optimization and Distribution :

- Implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to optimize content for organic visibility and traffic.

- Create catchy headlines, subject lines, and call-to-actions to maximize click-through rates and conversions.

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and shareable content assets (images, infographics, videos) to enhance engagement.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, social media) to ensure content alignment and consistency.

- Seek input and feedback from stakeholders to enhance content quality and effectiveness.

- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, content ideation, and planning meetings.

- Communicate effectively with team members to understand requirements and deliver on expectations.

Must-Have Skills :

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Command over Google Sheets, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint

- Ability to comprehend, analyse and assess changing business dynamics

- Willingness to pick new challenges and activities to drive business interests
