Job Description :
1. Lead the Creative Team :
a. Oversee the creative team, including designers, providing guidance, inspiration, and direction
b. Inculcate a collaborative environment to enhance creativity and productivity
2. Collaborate with Marketing and Other Departments :
a. Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns
b. Ensure all creative efforts align with the overall marketing goals and strategies
3. Maintain Brand Consistency :
a. Ensure all marketing and design efforts reflect and align with the brands identity and strategy
b. Collaborate with various teams to maintain and enhance brand consistency across all channels
4. Coordinate Cross-Departmental Communication :
a. Facilitate effective communication between the design, marketing, and other teams
b. Develop and deliver consistent messages that align with Taxmanns objectives
5. Optimise Workflow and Processes :
a. Focus on improving workflow and processes within the creative team
b. Ensure efficient collaboration with other departments, such as marketing and product management, to meet project deadlines and goals.
