About the profile:


- Customer Success Associate (CSAs) is one of the most important roles at Mindler that is direct client facing.


- Our CSAs talk to the client mostly on phone and in-person demonstrating high empathy while trying to make a sale of our counselling products and services.


- Apart from fixed salary per month, the CSAs also earn a target-based incentive every month.


- The CSAs are required to be adept at maintaining data on Excel and other CRM tools.


- The undergo regular training and feedback for their personal and professional growth.


What we are looking for:


1. Graduate/Post Graduate with 1-3 year of relevant experience


2. Empathetic, customer-focused individual


3. Excellent oral and written communication Skills


4. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills


5. Good command over MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint


6. Strong work-ethic

Compensation: INR 3,00,000 per annum, plus variable (Incentives will be paid-out every month)
