Location : Naraina Vihar

Working days and timing : Monday to Friday (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

- Saturday (9:30 AM - 4 PM)

Desired Skill :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

- Proven experience (3+ years) in customer service, sales, or relationship management, preferably in the finance industry or B2C environment.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in client documentation and transactions.

Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and client needs.

Job Description :

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue.

- Ensure all client documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Gather client feedback to understand their experiences and preferences, and provide insights to internal teams for service improvement.

- Stay informed about new financial products, services, and technologies through ongoing training and professional development activities.
